All potential Syndicate renters should read this first! Before renting in this building, ask lots of questions and get everything in writing!\r \r They will tell you about all the wonderful amenities, but make sure you get everything you want in writing so that you will have access for the entire time of your lease. Renters no longer have access to the rooftop deck and, from what I've been told, the condo owners are working to deny our access to the gym and 9th floor patio/clubroom as well. Management did not notify us of any changes to the rooftop availability and they haven't returned my calls regarding the rumors relating to the gym and 9th floor clubroom.\r \r Our windows haven't been cleaned once, but the condo windows have. (Our windows look awful!) My washer/dryer has been broken down for two months and has yet to be repaired. If you get locked out, you will have to call a locksmith and wait at least two hours -- and pay $70. If something is wrong with the lock and you have your key, you will still have to wait for a locksmith and cough up $70, which is what happened to me last summer. I got reimbursed after a lot of yelling. I could go on about a few other things, but I don't have time. Cons: Lots
