Keeven has the worst customer service I have experienced in quite awhile. My husband called on a Friday to request sod and was told that they would have it ready to go first thing Saturday morning. When I called to get directions they were extremely rude. The employee wouldn't even tell me where they were located. He just kept asking what I needed, but before I could answer he was yelling at another customer who had apparently just showed up without calling (apparently a sin in the sod business). My husband finally got there and was told it would be a couple of hours. He asked why and was told ""Some things just happen"". He left and went to Schroeder down the street. They had the sod cut and loaded immediately!
