My fiancee and I visited the Ridgedale location where we go quite often. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time and Jeff would be our server. He came over and took our drink orders and said he would be back with the drinks and bread. Our drinks came but he said that the bread was in the oven and would be out soon. We understood and gave him our orders. Another party that sat down and ordered after us received multiple loafs of bread by Jeff while we still had not been served any. We waited for over fifteen minutes until our food came out, only after did another server come with bread for us. Jeff never once stopped by to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. He never spoke when he came to fill our drinks although he was quite talkative to other tables. We were upset with the service even though the food was delicious. Sadly, it is the staff that really make the experience something we come back for. The experience left us with a sour taste for Macaroni Grill.
