Review content:
Neighborhood hangout for locals. Don't expect service at Mimi's. Do plan on servers standing around laughing about last nights date and forgetting to bring entire order. Wear something noticeable so they will see you when listening to new joke. Coffee refills are tough when you cant get service. Tip the bus boys - they do all the work. Food is typical short order cook style with no real quality. They seem follow a company guideline to just ""get it out on the table"" - nothing special. Paying for ambiance of pretend French Bistro. Prices are average. Ignore specials - just standard menu items and generally no discount.
