I wish I could give Kelli Wireless 0 stars. Let me tell you why: I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my entire life. They are extemely unhelpful and also unapologetic for their mistakes. Recently my Sprint phone needed repair so I took it to Kelli Wireless. They ordered a new phone for me under my insurance plan. When it arrived I asked them to transfer my phone book to my new phone (a refurbished model, of course). When I got the phone home I tried to call my wife but I had strange people I didn't know in my phone book. I was shocked! I manually dialed my wife but the mouthpiece and speakerphone were both broken!! After looking more through the phone, I discovered I had some girls phone book, text messages, and pictures. If I had someone else data, all I could wonder was who had my phone book, pics, and texts? I called the store and spoke with Ryan. He told me it wasn't his problem and I should take it up with Sprint. Avoid Kelli Wireless at all costs!!
