They fail on both professionalism and technical competancy:\r A) In a phone call discussing work & prices, I was given three quotes by two people - then they tried to charge me the highest quote when it came time to pay. If I hadn't written down names and prices I'd have had to shell out another $130.\r B) They recommended I have a part changed, but when I asked them to point to it (the PCV valve) nobody could do so and their manual said ""doesn't have a PCV valve"".\r C) Their price for replacing the fuel injectors was reasonable, but $300 to replace spark plugs, wires & distributor cap? $25 to check transmission fluid level?\r D) The prices on the wall have been there for at least five months (the time between my first & second visits), but after I was charged more then was shown I was told ""they're old prices"". I eventually paid the lower price, but that's called ""false advertising"", people.\r E) Finally, the oil change advertised a check of the lights & fluid levels. They said everything was fine, but I've got both a brake and headlight out.\r \r I'm never going back, and I suggest you never start. While they were polite and - after being shown written records of who said what - quite willing to charge what they said it'd cost, I no longer trust them to actually *do* the work. They certainly didn't in my case.\r
