I went to Massage Therapy while in pain - what a relief! A bigger relief has been REGULAR massage appointments. I was a bit apprehensive about a memebership - but I am a-okay with that now!!! I often just lose track of time, but a rep called me to remind me I had some funds to use! What a great thing!!! I do suggest trying different therapists. I've tried two - and liked the second better.....
