I recently remodeled my home, and was in the market for carpet. I was told that Hernadez Carpet had good prices. I went and found the prices to be average. I was in a rush so I decided to just go with them. I called the person who was helping me and he did not return my call for 3 days. Finally I told him I wanted to purchase the carpet so he said he would be sending over an installer. Once the in staller left I called them back, and again I had to wait 3 days to hear from him. When I finally paid I was promised that they would install the carpet the next day. Guess what? They never showed up. I ended up waiting 2 days for an installer to show up
