We (my husband and I) have been members for almost a year now. We will not be renewing our contract once our year is up. My husband and I are on the same account, but we have different log in cards. I drove his vehicle the other day so I had his card. Please keep in mind that I have done this before, once or twice, and I have never had a problem with the person at the desk allowing me to use the facility. There was a different person at the desk yesterday, and he would not let me in the facility. I told him that my husband and I were on the same account, and would it be possible for him to look it up on the computer. He either wouldn't do it or couldn't do it. Then he said I could pay him $5 to get another card. I don't see how this would fix the problem nor was I willing to give him $5 for something I didn't need. Then he said that a letter was sent out, we could have got our picture made together, etc. All things that we were never made aware of when we joined. Bottomline is, I am on the same account as my husband, and he should have let me in! Did I mention I was 37 weeks pregnant when this occurred??? Pros: fairly new equipment Cons: Rude, ignorant and mean service at front desk
