Review content:
I called numerous places to get repair on a Samsung Dryer that the belt had gone bad on and was out of Warranty. Everyone says they don't work on Samsung, and the nearest factory authorized service was in Waukegan Illinois. Not only did Little Nickys take care of it but he knew of a problem with the Samsung Belts and recommended a better belt to replace it with so I wouldn't have the problem again.
While we were talking I told him about a problem with my Whirlpool Dishwasher and he was straight up with me and said that is was likely more cost effective to replace the unit than repair it and didn't charge me anything extra for the diagnosis.
It's nice to find good, fair and knowledgeable repair people that care about you and your needs. While his address is Burlington he took care of me (North Suburbs of Milwaukee) and says he services the complete Milwaukee area. Highly recommended!!
