Review content:
I took my 6 year old son for an exam because he said he couldn't see the board at school. He was given glasses with a very low prescription. He went to school and couldn't see the board. I went back to have him rechecked and Dr. Sigler refused to give him a new prescription. She said he was too young to give him a stronger prescription. He couldn't even read the eye chart in the exam with his new glasses on. I tried to get her to give him a stronger prescritpion but she would not budge. We went back a third time and she still would not increase the prescription. It is now 6 months later and I took him to Rosin's for an exam and they trippled his prescription. Also, his astigmatism was wrong in both eyes. I now had to pay $300 for a new exam and new glasses. Patients should be give the correct prescription regardless of age. I would never ever ever go here. They also gave me a very hard time giving me my prescription to get glasses somewhere else cheaper. Just horrible!
