Review content:
Last time my brother and I moved if was horrible - This time it was GREAT! Interstate Contracted Movers is a top notch moving company with outstanding employees. After being invited, I decided to visit their office in Las Vegas. It is very impressive that every employee - the receptionist, the warehouse workers, the sales person, the moving driver, and the mover – all of them provided excellent customer service. It felt like each person was totally accountable for their part of our move and they wanted to ensure that my experience with them was above average. This is quite an achievement considering I moved at the end of 2009 and I hated the company that moved us. My experience with movers is vast. After relocating with employers the past few moves, I was now moving without an employer’s expense account. I researched 15 different moving companies and only contacted three of them, all located in the valley. I had them come to my house to evaluate my possessions to be moved. I told them that I wanted a binding price and mentioned that I would like to see their office. “Mike the Mover” from Interstate Contracted Movers was the only one to invite me. He gave me the address and directions and jokingly told me to bring lunch. In the end, the outcome was that Interstate Contracted Movers' price was lower than other moving companies. More importantly, they were the most thorough in pointing out potential issues for me to think about in my move so I wouldn't deal with any unexpected costs. One additional benefit to using them is that the people were enjoyable to work with and provided timely service.
