Nijah is such a scam! I was approached at the Cherry Hill Mall and asked if I would be interested in signing my daughter up for modeling. My daughter was thrilled. Against my better judgement I gave the young pretty girl our phone number. Within days I was bombarded with phone calls to set an appointment up and bring my daughter in. When we got to their office, which was in a warehouse complex, we had to wait for over an hour, there were a lot of 'fashionably dressed' employees but no one seemed to be doing anything. We finally met with a rep, Mecca (who also doubles as a receptionist named Abigail) who talked us into signing our daughter up, we paid $500 (it started at 1200), this was to include a photo shoot and they would keep here photos on their website and send it out for potential jobs for 3 years. We were told that there were no other fees except $45 if we wanted a CD of her photos. We were supposed to come in and select which photos were to be used for her 'file'. After showing up to their office 3 times (which is an hour away) and being told that the server was down, the girl who had the photos computer was locked and no one could get in and that they didnt do photo viewings on Mondays (which was an appt that they scheduled and confirmed), we were finally able to see the photos. After paying $45 more we were told that we had to pay an additional $500-1200 for them to actually promote her. Thats funny because Mecca told me that was included in the first $500! They are a bunch of liars and scam artists!!!!! Save you $$$ and run the other way if you are approached. Oh yeah, the 2nd time I was in there to ""view photos"" 2 Chester, PA police officers were in there questioning some employees, I can only imagine what that was all about.
