THERE WAS DOG EXCREMENT ON THE FLOOR! I STAYED TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT UP AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT. THEY ACTED LIKE IT MADE THEM MAD FOR ME TO POINT IT OUT. AFTER 20 MINUTES IN THE STORE, I LEFT AND IT WAS STILL THERE. I FEEL SO SORRY FOR ALL THE ANIMALS AS THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY SO NEGLECTED. I ASKED WHICH VET THEY USE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY TREAT THEM THEMSELVES!! THE STORE IS SO SMALL AND CRAMPED AND FULL OF SICK ANIMALS IT IS SHOCKING!! SEVERAL BIRDS ARE FEATHER PICKED AND IMPRISONED ALL DAY AND ARE NEUROTIC. THERE ARE TOO MANY SMALL ANIMALS HOUSED TOGETHER AND MANY OF THE REPTILES DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER HOUSING OR ENVIRONMENT. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT GREED IS RAMPANT HERE AND IT IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND NOT CARING FOR OR FINDING APPROPRIATE HOMES FOR THEIR ANIMALS. I HAVE RAISED BIRDS FOR 25 YEARS AND WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKED ABOUT ONE OF THEIR BIRDS FOR SALE, THEY GAVE COMPLETELY ERRONEOUS INFORMATION!! IGNORANCE! THANK GOODNESS THEY DID NOT BUY THAT BIRD. THIS STORE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN!!
