Review content:
This guy does not even deserve a one star rating. He has no customer service skills and deals with below subpar property managers. He is not the least bit concerned about customer satisfaction because his appliances are priced more affordable than most. Be prepared to have all the cleaning products you'll need to de-grease and sanitize them because most of the appliances look like they come from squalor. No apologies will be made and you'll be told to just deal with it while the money is already in his hand.
It's worth the extra time to scour Craigslist or the Pilot Online to get a better deal and not have to deal with a bad and miserable attitude. There are a couple of other used appliance dealers if you're not one to scour ads or don't have time. Dr. Johnny's Appliances is pretty good and the people are nice. East Coast Appliance is a little more costly but you don't have to deal with nastiness of Gary's and the items for purchase are decent.
Don't waste your time with the hassle of Gary's Appliance. Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully and as though they're valued.
