I went to AlpenGlow last week with my kids and had a great experience! It was the first time we were taking my kids skiing and the sales rep took time while taking their measurements, offering advice on different skis and different things they’d need. I liked that he gave us a ton of information while allowing the final decision up to us – I didn’t feel pressured at all. We even ended up getting skiing apparel, which saved a trip to having to go to a different store. He also recommended different mountains that catered to children. Rob is the one that helped us but everyone at the store seemed really helpful and knowledgeable.
Pros: Great with kids; very knowledgeable
