I called and made an appointment with this company at 7pm for the next day at 3 pm, There ad states 24 hour emergency service...they kept calling and changing the time, and then canceled at 6pm. Our pipes had been frozen from the time I had called. When they called us at the last minute to cancel they told us that they would come out for an additional fee, because it was late.. I think this should be called price gouging, in an emergency situation. The girl on the phone was very happy to take my credit card, and then she lied to both me and my son.
Pros: good at making appointments
Cons: not good at keeping them
