Bought small R/C helicopter and wanted to return (within 40 minutes - got home and found wife had purchased one already (!) at mall for me to play w/ son). Owner at first didn t recognize me (!) - just over half an hour transpired.) Became increasingly caustic with me when he learned of my reason of return. Said policy was no cash refunds, even though box was not even opened. Owner said only store credit or replacement if toys he sells are defective - though policy was not displayed in store or on reciept - or advised on sale. (Owner's wife brought ""Sorry No Refunds"" sign out from under counter with an apology.) When I said only option he was leaving me was small claims, owner smuggly replied, ""Wear a suit. I will.""\r \r In fairness, this was my bad that I wasn't more careful, and that I didn't PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD that could have taken care of this kind of dispute. And was also my bad not to research his prices better, which I later found CONSIDERABLY cheaper on the web with no shipping (The model I purchased was discounted to $59.99 (from $69.99); on-line price was $37.10 - adding salt to the wound. If you must shop here, beware of 1) his hard-sell to more expensive units, 2) his prices (USE that smartphone in your pocket!), and 3) USE A CREDIT CARD because he does not display (or at least did not when I was there) his no-refund policy (which was also not on his reciepts, nor advised on sale.) You will be stuck with whatever you buy unless you want to deal with him more with a store credit .
