3CM Stone in Tualatin, Oregon has turned my home remodeling experience into a homeowner's worst nightmare. They miscommunicated about so many issues related to the job and they took 3 months to follow up and get the most modest finishing portions done. All in all, they said they would like to address our concerns and answer any questions but when I stated I was not satisfied with one of their fieldmans efforts to fix a flawed installation of my shower bench, they would not respond to my e-mails and when suggested they come out again and look at it for themselves they flatly refused, yelled at me to the degree the owner was Scary. I even had them yell at me earlier in the project because the owner got into a fight over personal issue with my contractor and 3CM Stone decided to suddenly send me additional notices for trip charges. I do not like business practices like the ones that they placed on me. I would not recommend them.
