Review content:
We were brand new homeowners. We got our first electric bill for the month before we moved in and I heard my husband scream coming from the dining room. We had the HVAC system checked by another company and were told the compressor was dead and the whole system needed to be replaced. We decided to get quotes from other HVAC providers and found RepairMax on the official TRANE website and called them because they were near. After some research and a few quotes, we decided to go with RepairMax because they had the best price, best product, best speed, and best reviews. They sent a tech to give an estimate the same afternoon, and two business days later the old system was removed and the new system up and running. We picked TRANE XL16i heat pump and XL Hyperion AirHandler. Our home is warm and comfortable and quiet for the first time since we’ve moved in, which is about a month ago. The RepairMax technicians were punctual, efficient, expedient, knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, kind, hard-working, competent, and thorough. We are very pleased with RepairMax and are grateful for their good service.
