I really enjoy the way Private Workout was set up. It was organized and very well structured to fit the average person's agenda. The workout equipment was state of the art and made it very comfortable to do the motions required for every exercise. While I was at Private Workout I experienced rapid muscle growth along with a decrease of body fat in a short period of time. I was very pleased with the results while I was at Private Workout. Also, the training staff was very professional and helped with anything needed during the whole workout process. The options for supplements after workout out were very good. I enjoyed the protein drink that were offered for 5 bucks. Overall, I would rate Private Workout a 10, with gyms and staffing.
