Matthew owner of Venture funding Steals personal property from Tennants while they are moving they Illeagally broke in the shed and house stealing personal Property . He stole my Lawnmower weed eaters,my Ladder and the man who he bought the lanfd from he stole his ladder . He stole all my tools Now he stealing my car and and when we showed him proof that we owe the electric company on a heat pump window unit he wants to steal that too . He never worked on the house I got pictures to prove that and ceiling fell on a 65 year old woman. He has no respect for the senior citizens,no respect for a Minister , No respect for his elders at all.This man needs to be put out of business do not rent from him and if you do I suggest you take you stuff and move out completely befor ehe steals your stuff. He never legally used the sheriffd department to put out a legal evition notice.One woman named Beneva told him we were moved monthsago and I hav the electric company's proof I was still there... I am sorry I tried to be his friend but from the day he gotthe property from Robert Crosby he would never work with me or us and for 5years ofpayment where did the money go because he neverupkept the historic home. Hemade it very dangerous tolive in. We will have a Lawyer who hate SLUM LORDS because that is what he is and a THIEF on top of that.. Stay away from him never rent from him or you wil be sorry.
