If I could give this shop a negative rating, I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. The owner is extremely unprofessional and has a very short fuse, he would do well to stick to the repairs himself and allow his employees to handle all customer relations. My initial problem was repaired, although it took 4 days because they did not have a common part in stock. That was not really a big deal for me, but when my PC was returned, there was a new problem that an employee admitted was probably a result of their installation. She said to bring it back and they'd take care of it right away, but when I did, I was informed there was no one to repair it and I'd have to leave it.overnight. Two days later, no one had even looked at it yet, I guess they had my payment so it was a low priority. When I would cal ,as asked, the owner would curtly say ""call back in 15 mins"" then ""1/2 hour"", etc. By the 2nd day, he got angry that I kept calling, even though he had instructed me to do so, and he said he'd call me when it was repaired. When I asked for an idea of how long that might be (so I could inform my employer - not an unreasonable question considering it was already day 2 of the 2nd repair visit), he blew up and shouted at me that he had customers in the shop, to pick it up my PC immediately, he refuses to work on it and hung up the phone. (I hope those customers used that as a gauge for how they would be treated and left - I would have). When I tried to call back, he would not answer, I had to wait 20 minutes so he'd think I gave up. When he did answer, I asked him not to hang up on me and reminded him that I had simply called back as he'd asked, and I did not deserve to be treated this way. He would not listen to reason, and insisted I pick up my PC.. Bottom line: I paid for repair of a known issue, only to have them create a mystery issue that I will have to be pay someone else to investigate and repair. I don't know who to recommend in Simi Valley for PC repair, but I do know who to recommend that you avoid at all cost - AVOID Simi Valley Computers, also listed as Flat Rate Computer Repair! Cons: Unprofessional and incompetent,
