Review content:
I rented a tv and blue ray and surround from them. I decided I no longer wanted it and scheduled a pick up. Sounds great right? Well I turned all of the equipment back in and had all of the paperwork. (thankfully I saved it) 3 months after turning it all in I get call from them saying I haven't paid them in three months. I said no you sure haven't because I turned it all in. They argued with me, so I took the receipts showing that it had all been picked up and turned in. All I got was ""oh"". Ya you would think that would take care of it. Not so. 2 months later I get a letter from the store threatening collections and legal action. Really? Have the people not ever heard of the fair debt collection practices act? Oh yes this time I was not so nice. I went into their store, showed them the letter and the receipt (again) and told them that what they are doing is against the law. I called a consumer rights attorney. Haven't heard anything since.
