I live in these apartments and these are the worst ones I have every lived in, on the outside they look so beautiful they are a mess. Things don't work, they have too many insects and the most important is they are very rude to their tenants.\r

I have lived their only 1 year, I have paid my rent on time and evern earlier and they act like I have been a bad tenant. Their staff has very bad customer service skills and mainteance workers have even worst customer service. They take forever to fix things and they talk to you like whatever. When you walk into the office no one says hi or we'll be right with you, that just ignore you.\r

If anyone wants to rent here I advised you to look somewhere else
Pros: close to shopping, and freeways
Cons: Bad customer service and horrible living conditions
