Review content:
9 out of 10 times we've gone to Skate City, we were overcharged. We were often charged for a rental, though we've very clearly stated we had our skates. If not overcharged, we paid for two sessions to end up stamped for 1. The ONLY time the manager worked with us when we brought it to his attention, was when we used plastic and could produce a receipt. Which is stupid, since I imagine about 90% of paying customers use cash. It makes it hard not to feel like they rip people off on purpose. \r

The lesson, if you can, pay with debit/credit so you will have a receipt! OR, pay close attention when paying cash, so if you are overcharged or under stamped, you can get it fixed right then and there. I don't know about anyone else, but this happens to us ALL the time!
Pros: Good exercise and entertainment for daughter.
Cons: bad manager, spaced out staff, repeatedly overcharged
