Review content:
The repair of my LCD-TV at Video Audio Service took 12 weeks. It involved a dozen phone calls and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At the end of the day, my TV WAS repaired, and it works. The owner showed me his good faith effort and his struggle with the manufacturer to get the right part (which took three tries).
If Owner had kept me in the loop so I would know that he was working on the problem, but having problems obtaining part, I would not have lost faith and this would probably be a 4-star review. Ultimately, the TV was fixed the day after I told him I had given up and would pick it up without repair the following day.
Pros: Owner Tony Stygar is technically competent
Cons: Is very slow, and may not deliver if not nagged
