Review content:
i love their concept. quick, convenient and fresh sushi without the high dollar price. however, the dining experience is far from the ordinary shopping center feel. the decor is thought out and well done. it has modern colors and a clean feel. the mural on the wall adds that extra touch that reminds me i am not at some cheesy chain where i am going to be served by assembly line. which is exactly the case. once you order, they actually bring the food to the table and come by to clean up. and the sushi does not disappoint. i love the salad that comes with the meal with the sweet ginger dressing. my favorite roll is the trio which is topped with fresh fish. i will gladly go back to sushi pop and forgo the valet parking costs and the long waits to get the same quality of food as higher end establishments.
