What's the first thing you think of when you hear the words Boot camp? Obviously you'd imagine drill like sergeants, yelling in your ears and blowing whistles in your faces. Well this is definitely not that, the trainers are there to push you in a good way and to motivate you to try harder. Just when you think you can't do anymore they'll adjust the exercise to help you continue doing the circuit without losing form. The best thing about it is the class sizes, they aren't too big so the trainers can come up to you and help you out if you're doing something incorrectly.
It's only been 3 weeks and I'm already seeing some definition in my arms, abs are getting stronger and I'm seeing a smaller waistline. And don't use the excuse that you don't have time or they won't fit in your schedule if you check out their website they have 3 different locations and various times, such as early morning 6/9a, night 6:30/7p, and weekends 8/9a. Each class is an hour packed of full body work outs, and you won't regret it once you've tried it, you'll be hooked.
