In a nut shell. Here's what 36Hamilton left out of the story. Customer made changes after job was started. These changes delayed the work and material which would have been repainted in the field was left to rust. At no time was the customer not aware of our installation procedure. We provided the customer with multiple solutions all of which were rejected. In the end we returned the customer their deposit in full. The BBB found we made a good faith effort to resolve complaint.
