customer service is terrible. were they nice? Yes. were they helpfull? No!! I had an issue with the furniture falling apart within a year of purchase. I bought the insurance so im covered right? NO. The insurance company said its a problem with the manufacturing. Ashley says the insurance should fix it. For months they point the finger at each other meanwhile im stuck with garbage for furniture, and they dont even care.
