Greetings\r \r Even I used to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse for dinner with my family on ""OCt 8, 2010"" the waitress/ supervisor were the 2 that I have ever seen my, live while I was there on Oct 8, 2010 evening. Terrible service, horrible attitude, I believe they have been never trained or willing too, and I am still myself who those got hired, and / or still working at Texas Roadhouse located at 4463 Southmont Way, .Easton, PA 18045 40.6855 -75.2676.\r In a simple way, 4 steak orders “No magic” 2 well done with sweet potato and brown suger as a side, and other 2 medium with potato and butter as a side.\r \r The 4 ordrers came mixed , the well done was medium, and the medium was well done, sides came completely mixed, and I end up seeing the waitress moving the food across the 4 plats, then saying hope all is and enjoy your dinner, Canany accept that ..?\r \r Then I noted to here that we have an issue here, again with horrible attitude I am gonna get the manager here now, another horrible character showed up to apologize, and defending the waitress telling us that we “ They are too busy today, my Waitress is okay, and that was kitchen fault ….. !” Can one accept that ….,, This absolutely un acceptable \r \r To Texas Roadhouse Management \r You need to train and coach you staff, or you better shutdown and get out of this business where located “4463 Southmont Way, .Easton, PA 18045 40.6855 -75.2676.”\r \r The worst I have ever experienced at 4463 Southmont Way, .Easton, PA 18045 40.6855 -75.2676. and if you ask for rating then it is way under water ... !
