I spoke with Curt about a year ago. I asked him lots of questions about mortgages. He offered sound advice and encouragement. Although he offered to help and promised to keep my best interest at heart, he never pressured me to work with him. He never held back information to coerce me to work with him. Despite all of his help, I chose to be loyal to a friend and do that loan with them ? that turned out to be a big mistake. So, since I was less than satisfied that my friend had actually looked out for my best interests on my last mortgage, I once again contacted Curt.\r

I can say that I feel really good about this transaction founded through Curt. He acted in a professional, informative, well educated, sincere manner. It is clear that Curt really enjoys his job because he truly believes that he is helping others ? and he does! His sincerity is apparent and appreciated.\r

I'm back on track toward paying my house off, I have the cash I wanted for home improvement and Curt arranged for some cash that I can keep in savings. He became a friend when I though he was just a mortgage guy; A great mortgage guy, but still...\r
I already have enthusiastically recommend Curt's services to several of my acquaintances, friends and family!\r
