I've spent the last hour trying to get a meet-and-greet appointment for my 11 month old son. We're looking for a new pediatrician because our current one missed a diagnosis and we're dealing with the consequences. Naturally, I'd like to meet a doctor before I take the time to transfer records to a new doc. North office of Arvada Pediatrics doesn't allow for that, at all! They told to ""read the descriptions on the website"" of the doctors. Really? That's not anywhere near the same as meeting someone. Also, they told me they were ""just too busy"" to do a meet and greet appointment. This is a TERRIBLE way to do business. Oh, and the receptionists were outright rude to boot.
