When we switched from one pediatrician to another Dr Kathryn Starbuck asked if we could come in early so we did. They went ahead and billed another visit although they requested we come in early. When I received the bill for this I spoke to Terry in the billing department she thought it was an error because it was billed on the same day as a well visit for which we do not pay copays for. I spoke to the office manager who would not budge either on this and stated that I could dispute it but the insurance company will read the DR notes and just side with them so I would waste my time disputing it.
I went ahead and disputed it anyway we switched pediatricians to another office altogether this office is not worth your time or money for that matter.
