I'm a repeat customer. Area Rug Cleaning Company has done my area rugs only on certain jobs. They also did wall-to-wall carpeting this last time. There was a particularly bad animal stain and they did a spectacular job of taking care of that. They came out the next day after I called.
They've got a great front office. You get answered right away, and if you have to leave a message, it gets returned. The staff on the road is knowledgeable, and you don't get the sense that they sent somebody who doesn't know what they're doing.
