They have very reasonable prices for the high quality service and sometimes the impossible jobs that they are being asked to do. They are reliable and trustworthy. They will tell you the absolute truth about the condition of your rug and what it will take to have it professionally cleaned. The products they use are safe for people another reason why I like to use them.
