I was told they have ZERO complaints or they will kick that person out...WRONG...The good people that live there are scared to come out at night. You name it and you can buy it there , I can not count how many drunks live there...and for some reason they have to come outside....the kids belong in jail because they don't care about anyone's property. The management pretends to care, the guy who ""fixes"" things..first he learned how to do this on HGTV...his uncle owns it...he goes into apts whenever he wants to, he steals things and the office does nothing....he has been caught with a stolen tag on his car plus many other things that anyone else would be put in jail or fired....This place could be great if they had owners who cared. When I lived there the street lights were never fixed, cars have flat tires, trash everywhere and when you try to leave they find things wrong with your apartment so you don't get all your deposit back....DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!!
Pros: cops where there all the time (but they would not live there for FREE)
Cons: fights, illegal items, trash everywhere
