After reading the other review, I felt inclined to write a view of my own. I have had the exact opposite experience with Midwest Sports. My photo packages have always been complete and when other parents on teams we have been on have had problems, they seem to have rectified the situation quickly and have added free pictures at times to compensate. I would suggest to anyone having a problem that they should call again. They have been the photographers for my children's various sports for several years now, and we've really enjoyed the work.
Pros: quality, cost, turnaround time
