Midwest Sports is a rare gem. They recently exceeded my expectations with their amazing customer service and top-notch photography skills. Specifically, my daughter had her picture taken with her soccer club however, she looked like she was grimacing in the picures I ordered. An immediate retake was offered, the new photos turned out great and I received the reprints incredibly fast. Two things really blew me away. First, Midwest Sports remembered that I had mentioned in passing on the phone that my husband was a coach for my daughter's team and unfortunately he had missed the day pictures were taken. I didn't attend the retake and it was a wonderful surprise when I received the photos -- Midwest Sports had taken and sent a beautiful photo of my husband and daughter together, both in their soccer uniforms. Second, not only did I receive a new individual picture, but Midwest Sports had actually taken the time to insert my daughter's new photo into the individual picture section of the team collage and had sent this new creation as well. Clearly above and beyond customer service. This is the first time I've left a review online for anything, but Midwest Sports deserved my efforts. Five stars!
