Kurt's Notary in the South Side of Pittsburgh is run by Kurt, (trying to keep my language clean is difficult) the biggest jerk I have yet to meet in Pittsburgh, let alone all east of the Mississippi. He was no help, a waste of time, and made my day simply worse just by talking with him over the phone. With the wide selection of notaries in the area, avoiding communication with this troll of a man should be done.
