X1 is designed to introduce and improve members, functionality, skills and overall knowledge, through a myriad of different classes and instructors. We are a Full Contact, High Energy, Truly Motivating gym, where your needs are addressed with meticulous planning.\r

It is believed through many different fitness organizations that improving ones personal fitness goals, FIVE BASIC Components must be addressed. Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Cardiovascular sustainability and Nutrition, are key and crucial to these changes. Through our classes format, the H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) method will address many of these aspects. Through our slow muscle building exercises and our rapidly increasing regimens, we target the fat burning stages in each of the classes held here at X1.\r

X1 Classes are 50-60 minute interval training sessions, which include but are not limited to Cardiovascular Development, Resistance Training, Plyometric exercises, and intense CORE training. We have taken the best known training and adopted our training programs from several educational courses and numerous years of Training and Experience. \r

Each class begins with a light warm-up including light jogging and several different combinations of upper and lower body exercises, while fusing both Static and Dynamic stretching to increase blood flow and to stretch the muscles and joints to improve stability, and limit the possibility of injuries in our classes.\r

We offer a wide array of classes depending on what YOU are looking for. One thing about our classes: Everyone has a place here! We offer a Kids MMA program, which allows our children to take part in a healthier lifestyle which may develop into an improved, more disciplined and active child.
