I am very unsatisfied with Ferraro's Italian Restaurant! Sure the food is delicious very good, but the service is horrendous!!! WHEN MY FAMILY GOT DONE WITH THEIR MEAL THE WAITRESS CAME BACK IN A HUFF AND SAID, ""IT IS CUSTOMARY TO GIVE A TIP OF AT LEAST 15 PERCENT!"" I could't believe that the server had the audacity to scold the customers! Indeed, we were going to tip her but we were going to leave it in cash and not on the credit card! Needless to say this rudeness will not be dealt with since we will not be going back there anymore! FURTHERMORE, the owner is arrogant and extremely conceited...did not apologize for the cold food, but said, ""Your food is hot."" I guess the owner doesn't realize that the customers are ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! Lame experience, TERRIBLE VENUE WITH HORRIBLE PARKING, AND TOO DIM (P.S. FERARROS I DO NOT CONSIDER SQUINTING TO SEE MY FOOD ""ROMANTIC"" IN THE LEAST)! Furthermore, I think Ferarros is a bit overpriced for what you get! Not worth the wait and hassle! The best thing about this joint is the bread and the take-out line ha!
Pros: The food is quite unique and delicious
Cons: Service (worst ive ever experienced), the venue (too dim and small), the long wait, the bathroom (if thats what they can call it)
