Hi! I was calling about your leather jackets\r
-what size you want we dont have that many.\r
um im not quite sure yet i was actully calling to see if you had specific styles at you store.. the bomber and the motorcycle.\r
- ya we have them but what size you want cause we dont have alot in that size (i havent even mentioned a size at this point)\r
once again im not quite sure of the size i was looking for its a present idea i was think about \r
-YOU DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE YOU WANT!??!!?!?!?!!?! she yells at me!!!! \r
um, mam.. do you think i can speak with another rep or actully the manager.. \r

well you really should, and you should also really work on your customer service, thank you anyways click-\r
ok so i did get the number to the store off this site and i had read the reveiws for the store however i doubted them and continued with my search. I honestly didnt go into this thinking i was going to get horrible phone service, but I TRULY DID! and the worset part is i got the nasty Manager everyone was talking baout.. lame.. dont shop there!
Pros: This site doesnt lie about how bad the service is...
Cons: i didnt even go into the store and i will never shop there
