I ordered a bridesmaid dress there. After they measured me I asked them what size I was. They told me I was between a 4 and 6. I told them to order a 6 since my husband and I were trying to get pregnant and if successful I would be no more than 3 months along at the time of the wedding. So, I wanted room for a little bit of weight gain. I also paid for 4 week rush delivery. The dress came 7 wks later.... Upon pick-up of my dress I had to WAIT for the sales girl to clear off a mess from the file organizer where they keep dress order info. Instead of simply moving it out of the way, she continued to put it on the shelf she was stocking. She FINALLY went to get my dress and hung it up on a rac (proper spelling was considered inappropriate and it wouldn't let me post this review with that word) and proceeded to answer the phone. TWO minutes I stood there WAITING while she gave directions to someone on the phone. I didn't know if i needed to sign anything saying i picked up the dress and since she didn't hand me the dress I didn't know what to do. After she was done helping the person who called rather than me, who was standing right there, she asked me if I wanted to try it on, but I was in a hurry to leave and beat traffic since it was already 4pm and I had to drive back to Camp Pendleton. She then started to steam the dress right in front of me and other customers while I WAITED LONGER! That should have been done before I came to pick it up don't you think? I got home and tried the dress on and it was tight in some places, mainly around the waist. Considering that I am now 7 wks pregnant that isn't a good sign for it to ALREADY be tight. OH, NO WONDER, they ordered the WRONG SIZE...I got a 4 and NOT a 6 like I asked. In the end, the service was poor, the wrong size was ordered and it did not come in the promised and paid for amount of time!! UNSAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
