I currently live in these apartments, and it is right in the middle of everything.( 1 1/2 Miles from the French Quarter) The streetcar stop is a 100 yards away, and there are places to eat 24 hrs a day within a block. The apts are clean, and I have not seen any insects in my apt since I moved in 8 months ago. The complex is owned by Tulane University, and they are doing some great things to improve the complex. Maintence is quick to respond, and the are very friendly too.The one strange thing, they want to remove the balconies from the 4th & 5th floors, and I don't understand why. The view of the city at night is great and sunset too. That is why I am not giving them 5 stars. Hey Papillon/Tulane, ""KEEP THE BALCONIES PLEASE!!!"" Thats why I moved into the apt!(balconies & NOLA are like peas & carrots)\r
