Review content:
It causes me great concern that the review written by ""anonymous,"" on 1-6-2009 who is obviously the owner of the shop, is blaming the pets, themselves, for the injuries they have sustained while at this shop. They are also admitting that a substantial number of pets have come to some type of harm or injury while in their care. They even go as far as to mention a cat that, by their own admission, was brutalized to the point of having its TEETH KNOCKED OUT. I'm sure that the cat was brought to Paws and Claws by loving owners who cared enough about their pet to pay for professional grooming. I shudder to imagine the horror, torture, and suffering the cat, as well as other pets, have been forced to endure while in the hands of these abusers. This place really needs to be investigated.
Cons: The owner of Paws and Claws blames the pets in their care for causing their own injuries.
