Review content:
Very compassionate and caring. I was frustrated with her lack of respect for cultural differences in her practice, and some of the choices that are up to parents to make regarding breast-feeding, co-sleeping, etc. \r \r The biggest frustration I had with Dr. Blascoe is that she was not always trusting of the parents view of what was going on with the child. For example we called to tell her our child had croup (for the 3rd time in 12 months), and she asked if we were sure it was a croup cough.\r \r We decided to move on the find another doctor who is more respectful of our parenting choices, and more trustful of our assessment of our childrens' situation. Pros: Kind, compassionate, gentle, efficient Cons: Not respectful of alternate views of parenting, not trusting of parents assessments
