My animals (3) have been treated ""as a number"" by many vet offices, especially in the uptown area post-Katrina. The one thing I truly found outstanding about Dr. Saacks was that when I called to schedule a consultation (upon a recommendation) I was not immediately asked to hold and then wait a significant amount of time for someone to return to the phone (and when I say significant, I mean more than 5 minutes - I can call back!). His manner is down-to-earth and friendly, his staff is attentive to detail and even recommended a grooming (I'm sorry-to-say) badly needed at a resonable price. I will return.
Pros: Friendly and agreeable office peronnel and doctor services
Cons: Parking, traffic durring rush hour, far from my home in dwntwn. N.O.
