We bought a car from North broadway. We had the car for 4 months, and have already replaced brake pads, rotors, replaced all 4 tires, and now the exhaust needs to be fixed. When we first purchased it the windshield wipers were not working and they ""fixed them"". The day after we drove off the lot with the car, the winshield motor stopped working. The condition was we wouldnt put a down payment on the car until they were fixed. Needless to say....They refused to fix it. To top it off, we had never missed a payment or been late on a payment. We recently have endured a financial hard spot, because we live paycheck to paycheck with 2 kids. We called them to ask if we could pay half until we got the rest in 5 days and they went crazy on us. They yelled and cussed and said we knew that before we bought it. They made nasty threats to repo over and over again.... And judging by the people that deal with the payments, they are living pay check to pay check also..or at least it seems that way to me. They are very unprofessional, and considering all the payments we have made in a timely manner, seems to me that they could be a little bit more respectful. PLEASE DO NOT GET BURNED BY THESE PEOPLE. They will not help you! As soon as you get off the lot, you had better get your payment in a day early, or they will call you over and over and over again the day its due, or harass you and make you feel like SH** if you are late. After all, everyone is just trying to survive right? We dont need jerks like them!
